Charming wooden beam interiors add a unique touch.
The location, while central, came with constant noise from the bar below was nice. The room was rather small and stuffy, lacking adequate ventilation .

By and large, it was relaxing base for sightseeing in Zurich, had much fun. The staff were very helpful, everything was fine during our stay. Unbeatable and excellent position was an added bonus. We truly enjoyed being close to a tram station. The hotel provided affordable prices.

Very clean, excellent key card system, very fonctional hotel, ideal for a few nights visiting Zurich for a few nights on buisness or leisure. 10 minutes walk to the central station, the hotel is an effecient and practical place to stay. Will certainly return.

Ok if you don't have a car! Room and Bed are very confortable.
And really too close to a Bar-Lounge with non-stop music until 6:00 am : never again!! sorry...the No-breakfast concept is definitely not mine.

The penthouse was the highlight of the stay, spacious with lovely wood decoration. I loved that I could easily whip up a meal in the kitchen and enjoy my coffee every morning with the auto coffee maker provided. The location couldn't be better-within walking distance to sights like the beautiful Zurich lake and charming Old Town. Plus, the bar downstairs was a great spot to unwind after exploring. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zurich.

Practicality of staying in a clean, professional hotel for a reasonable price in down town Zurich
The only issue with the hotel was that during the hot weekend was that it was impossible to keep the window open, due to the bar below, which despite being already closed, as the bar personel kept the music going, and discussions outside

Homely and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were excellent, and it had amazing location in the heart of everything. Location: the property was short walk to the main attractions and also close to the tram stop and river. And there was The Butcher with short-orders close to the venue, super convenient.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was adequate, and although there is no air conditioning, there is an oscillating fan, good for a May visit. There are movies and a dvd player for free if you want a night in. Breakfast is not included, but you get 10% off at a nice place right around the corner.
We had a room in the front, and the hotel is right above a bar, so that was very noisy. Also, the reception hours are very limited, so if you arrive/leave early and/or come in/arrive late it is a bit problematic.

The staff was very helpful the entire time. Enjoyed the way my double room was arranged with a delicious coffee in bed, kitchen, as example...

The cocktail bar next door was good, and the staff were genuinely friendly, particularly Colin who checked me in. The cleanliness of my room was commendable, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained.
Check-in area was busy and somewhat confusing.

The rooms towards the street are very noisy. There is a bar outside which is open until late every night. Even if the windows are shut you can still very much hear all the noice. If it is warm and you need to have the windows open all the cigarette smoke from the smokers will go into your room. The hotel is ok but to stay in a room towards the street is for people who really dont mind noise. The rooms are a bit like a youth hostel by Ikea style. For the price, 120 euros per night, its rather bad value for money.
The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the main station. Lots of restaurants and bars in the viciniti.
